Best Tech Gadgets for this Christmas 2019

Best Tech Gifts For 2019

1. Night Bluetooth Speaker : $33.99

Just for quick reference, please look elsewhere if you’re looking for speakers that provide a lot of bass or if you’re looking for similar sound quality to that of a Google Home speaker. These are $24! Half the price of an Echo dot, but better sounding, though w/o Alexa, lol! This was perfect for my daughter’s room which have similar devices with multicolor lights. The breathing mode, which goes through the color spectrum is cool. You can also set it to any color you like. Once you see a color you want it to statically display, just press the cap-touch sensitive ring located at the top of the unit and it’ll remain on that color!

You can use this as a Bluetooth speaker or simply as a light display. The sound quality is decent enough. Your teenage girl will appreciate it.
It’s portable so she loves the fact that she can listen to her tunes while in the shower. Of course, you won’t be able to bring this into the shower with you…
The only con I have against this thing is its Bluetooth range. Standard Bluetooth max range s/b 30 feet. For this speaker, I barely stepped out of the 20 foot range and it started to skip audio.

2. Topvision Mini Projector : $99.99

I just share the experience for all people: I bought this projector to watch movies.
My favorite is that I can connect my iphone to this projector directly with a USB cable, and I don't need to buy an extra adapter.
Open the network share and press Trust on the iPhone, to connect it immediately.
The image quality is better than I expected, and the video can be viewed without stress in a dark environment.
The projector has built-in speakers, but the sound quality is not particularly good, so you should consider using an external speaker.
Buying this projector at this price is really worth it.

3 . FitBit Inspire : $79.00 | 6,990 INR

I purchased this item from Target. I’ve owned a handful of fitness trackers in the past, but never one from the Fitbit brand. My Garmin devices (Vivofit 2, Vivosmart HR, Vivofit 3) served me well in terms of functionality, but they never seemed to hold my attention. That is to say, the user interface, while functional and useful, simply was not that...inspiring (excuse the ridiculous pun). It wasn’t very fun. I know that’s not important to everyone, but the Fitbit app and UI are so much more engaging and easy to use. The Garmin devices I sort of just wore and didn’t think much about, but this device and the accompanying app keeps me interested and motivated all day and night long. It’s also an all-in-one solution for me, as opposed to using multiple apps to sync all of my info together to create a complete picture that I can use to motivate myself to be better and do better.
We all know the accuracy of all fitness trackers is highly debated and, to be honest, I’ve finally managed to accept that and just keep in mind that the info I’m getting is an approximation. I have found the accuracy to be perfectly acceptable for my needs—it is useful information to work with, regardless of the hyperspecific levels of accuracy of the device. The trends are what matters. The consistency of the device’s info from day to day is ultimately more important than the fact that no, this is not a medical-grade device that will nail every piece of info to a T. And that consistency is certainly there. As far as I know, there are no user-friendly, portable, wearable devices out there that can tout perfect accuracy. The human body’s mechanisms are far too complex to measure precisely. These trackers are motivational and informational tools. And, for most users, I think this device is perfectly suited to that. It’s fun to use, looks streamlined and fairly fashionable (or at least unassuming), and comfortable to wear. It seems to be fairly accurate (at least as accurate, if not more, than devices I’ve used in the past—positioning of the device away from the wrist one and wearing it snugly helps out here). The app is an amazing companion.
No tracker is perfect. It’s unfair to expect that, at least at this point in time.
This device is amazingly priced for what you get, looks good, feels good, and does its job well. I know it’s only been two days, but it’s already got me up and moving more than I would be otherwise. At a glance, I can see my steps, heart rate, calories burned, notifications from my phone, water intake, etc. AKA everything it is advertised to do. I have high hopes for the future with it. I do hope it remains durable over time. The fact that it is waterproof was a selling point for me; I simply do not wish to be concerned with a splash or a shower completely destroying the device.
I would recommend it to those looking for a fun and functional tracker that won’t quite break the bank. It does what it claims to do and it does those things well. Frankly, I love it. Some folks may find it does not meet their expectations, but I’d argue that those folks simply need to look to other devices with capabilities that are simply more in line with what they want to get out of the device. This is not a super-advanced device. But that’s not what it claims to be. And for the average person like myself, it’s perfectly adequate for fitness tracking purposes, and has met and exceeded my expectations so far. It gives that motivation and inspiration, and it gives the right information to work off of in order to make progress toward better fitness and health.

4. HP Chromebook : $248.00

I've had this computer for a day so far, and I'm loving it more than I expected to.
With the fan of my laptop of 6+ years finally died, I needed to find a cheap replacement quickly. After looking around and comparing laptop prices and models on amazon, I settled on a Chromebook due to the cost, despite friends warning me that the Chrome OS was, as they put it, "junk". I also went with this model in particular due to owning HP laptops in the past and trusting the product they provided.
Due to some reviews on Chromebooks that I had seen in the past, as well as what my friends said, I didn't really have any overly-high expectations of this product going in, as I just needed something to use for my online classes. That being said, this product has exceeded all of my expectations. The laptop is light and thin, making it convenient to carry around on campus alongside all of my textbooks. It also has a decent battery life, lasting close to the nine hours that the listing describes. I also have no trouble booting this computer up, as I was able to boot up, set up, and log on in about five minutes.
The only issue I had was early on, in which the computer was still adjusting to the wifi, giving me a spotty and slow connection. A quick restart fixed this issue though, and it's been running great since. Also, many of the apps that the google web store offers just seem to be short cuts to the websites, so it almost seems more convenient to just go to the websites instead. Also, the minimized storage space and focus on cloud-based storage will take some getting used to, but it's nothing serious.
Overall though, I would definitely recommend this product, but I'd also make sure that you look into the Chrome OS and make sure it can satisfy your needs before buying this product, as the fact that this computer relies so heavily on an internet connection and cloud-based storage may be something not everyone can work with.

5. SanDisk iXpand FlashDrive : $45.99

Some time ago I purchased a Ipad Air Mk 2 64gb at a much reduced price. I am a retired professional photographer / technician.

I thought that I would be able to read files from a SD card or 2.5 inch drive with the Ipad. Yes, you can read files from a SD card via an adapter, but you have to import them first. This is not what I wanted to do. I Now use Google Photos, which is a cloud based app. I have access to some 90,000 of my images.

This is fine until I want to show images to someone who does not have a network connection.

This is where the Sandisk Ixpand comes in. I can transfer files to it and show them to friends and family as required.

I think though for what it is, its way overpriced for 32gb of storage. I have gained a bit more storage by deleting the test files included.

Also for the price, a cover for the USB plug, or a slip case should have been provided or both.

If Apple would get there act together with their mobile devices and provide a SD or Micro Sd card slot with read/write functions, these expensive add ons would not be required. I dont think that is ever going to happen though.

I would only recommend this if you have a definite use for it.

So, these were the best Tech gadgets to buy this christmas!
keep supporting!
Thank you!
